Ship us the product
You will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label/placard and shipping instructions, within one business day of completion of on-line transaction. Simply package your trade-in product, attach the label/placard, and ship it to us.

Product received
Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the condition you selected on your quote.

Send in your proof of purchase

Receive your check
Your redemption check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your trade product and receipt and validation of your proof of purchase, whichever is later. The redemption check will be made payable to the purchaser name on the proof of purchase invoice. All checks are mailed via the US Postal Service. Please note: if you are participating in a featured special trade-in promotion, please refer to the promotion-specific Terms and Conditions for payment timelines.
