Trading your product is easy!
Find your new Xerox product Select the new Xerox product you wish to purchase. *Check out our Promotional rebates. *Eligibility to participate in the program requires the purchase of a new Xerox printer.
Select your product Describe your pre-owned product(s): manufacturer, model and quantity.
Get a quote Receive an instant rebate value or trade-in quote.
Complete your trade Enter your contact information, review the Terms and Conditions, and then confirm your trade.
Ship us the product You will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label/placard and shipping instructions, within one business day of completion of on-line transaction. Simply package your trade-in product, attach the label/placard, and ship it to us.
Product received Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the condition you selected on your quote.
Send in your proof of purchase Fax your Confirmation Email and your proof of purchase receipt for your new Xerox laser or multifunction printer to 770-925-9064 or mail to: Xerox Trade-In Program 1305 Mall of Georgia Blvd Suite 190 Buford, GA 30519
Receive your check Your redemption check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your trade product and receipt and validation of your proof of purchase, whichever is later. The redemption check will be made payable to the purchaser name on the proof of purchase invoice. All checks are mailed via the US Postal Service. Please note: if you are participating in a featured special trade-in promotion, please refer to the promotion-specific Terms and Conditions for payment timelines.
