What can I trade in to receive a rebate?

You may trade-in any non-Xerox A4/letter-size printer or MFP, or A3/tabloid-size printer. If your trade-in product is not presented during the online claim process, please email us with the name of your trade-in model and the name of the Xerox product you are purchasing. We may be able to process your claim offline.

How do I get my rebate?

To get your rebate, follow these simple steps:

  1. Purchase or lease an eligible Xerox printer(s) and submit your claim within thirty (30) days of purchase.
    1. Completely fill out the online claim form.
    2. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging the receipt of your claim, your claim number, and a reminder to submit your proof of purchase (invoice) by fax, mail, or e-mail. Print out a copy of the confirmation for your records.
    3. You must submit a copy of your confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase with product price(s), and purchase date(s), and serial number within thirty (30) days of claim submission. Please be sure to include the serial number of your new Xerox printer(s) with your claim. Keep a copy of your confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase for your records.
  2. Fax confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase to 770-925-9064 or email to xeroxcustomerservice@marketvelocity.com.  Or mail to:

  3. If applicable, ship your trade-in(s) in accordance with the instructions provided by MVI. The shipping label/placard provided to you is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Checks will be issued approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the receipt and inspection of your trade-in product(s) and the receipt of your new eligible Xerox printer(s) proof of purchase along with your Confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my rebate check?

Checks will be issued approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the receipt and inspection of your trade-in product(s), if applicable, and the receipt of your new Xerox printer(s) proof of purchase along with your Confirmation email.

What is the filing deadline for my trade-in claim?

You must file your trade-in claim within thirty (30) days of purchase. Once you have accepted your trade-in quote, your shipping instructions and label/placard will be emailed within one (1) business day of validating your proof of purchase, if applicable. You must ship your trade-in unit within 30 days from the issue date.

Where can I find the serial number for my new Xerox printer(s)?

The serial number can be found on both the original shipping carton, next to the UPC symbol, and on the Xerox printer itself, or by printing out the startup page from the front panel.

Can my reseller submit a claim on my behalf?

Yes. In the United States, resellers may submit claims on behalf of the their customer; however, the trade-in rebate check will be issued directly to the end user. In Canada, resellers may claim the rebate on behalf of the end user. The entire trade-in rebate must be passed from the reseller to the end user customer.

Can I combine this offer with another offer?

Yes, this offer may be combined with other Xerox offers, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Can I receive a trade-in rebate for more than one Xerox printer(s) purchased or leased?

Yes, but you must purchase or lease one new eligible Xerox printer(s) for each unit you trade in. There is a limit of twenty (20) trade-in rebates claimed per calendar month, unless otherwise specified in writing.

I ordered my new eligible Xerox printer(s) online. What documentation is required to claim my trade-in rebate?

You must submit an invoice or receipt that shows the quantity purchased or leased, purchase price, product SKU, serial number and purchase date. If you do not receive a printed invoice or receipt, when your online product is shipped, a packing slip is included with the order. It shows quantity shipped, product SKU and date ordered and is also acceptable documentation in lieu of an invoice. Please ensure your serial number is either printed on this slip or it may be hand written in by you.

You are also required to submit a serial number for each Xerox printer(s). You can find this on either the original shipping carton, next to the UPC symbol, or on the Xerox printer itself, or, by printing out the startup page from the front panel.
